(*) I understand that all computers received for repair, service, maintenance or inspection will need to be physically dissembled to properly assess the unit. At this time we will be able to confirm if in warranty/out of warranty on all units and calculate an estimated cost of repairs/next steps if out of warranty. If service or next steps are declined, your computer will be returned to you, not in usable condition for safety reasons. Payment must be made prior to return shipment of repaired computer. In cases where there may be a replacement unit issue, please note that this is effectively a trade-in and the original unit will not be returned in addition to the replacement.
